- One of the important parts of personal care is maintaining a proper foot hygiene, since it helps to prevent fungal infections, corns and warts development.
- Fungus, also called onychomycosis, is an infection affecting fingernails and toenails. Onychomycosis develops from fungi that live in moist, warm environment. The main symptoms involve yellow streaks under the nail, discoloured nails, buildup of skin pieces under the nail and thickened nails.
- Warts are little, unpleasant developments caused by a viral diseases, human papilloma infection, of the skin or mucous layer.
- Warts and Fungus infections are both highly contagious if you share same shoes, or nonhygienic shower. Any moist or humid surfaces, as swimming pools are the main caused of warts.
